# How-To Steps:

- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure accurate cooking temperature.
- Heat olive oil in a 10–12 inch oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add diced yellow onion and sauté for 3 minutes until translucent.
- Add diced ham to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in chopped baby spinach and cherry tomato halves; cook until spinach is wilted, approximately 1 minute.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, whole milk, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme. Gently fold in half of the shredded Swiss cheese.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the ham and vegetables in the skillet. Sprinkle the remaining Swiss cheese over the top.
- Cook the mixture on the stovetop for 2–3 minutes until the edges start to set and become firm.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven. Bake for 12–15 minutes until the frittata is puffed and fully set in the center.
- Remove skillet from oven and let cool for several minutes. Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
