04 - 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
05 - 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
06 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
07 - Salt and pepper, to taste

08 - 1 small red bell pepper, julienned
09 - 1 small avocado, sliced
10 - 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
# How-To Steps:
01 - Wash the cucumber and trim the ends. Slice it lengthwise into long, thin strips using a mandoline or vegetable peeler. Pat dry with a paper towel.
02 - In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, chives, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and evenly blended.
03 - Lay cucumber strips on a clean surface and spread a thin layer of the seasoned cream cheese along each strip.
04 - Place a slice of deli meat atop the cream cheese layer. Add red bell pepper or avocado pieces if desired.
05 - Roll each cucumber strip tightly into spirals and place seam side down on a platter. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning if using. Serve immediately or chill for 15 minutes to firm up.
