# How-To Steps:
01 - Set the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C).
02 - Toss carrot chunks and garlic clove with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and a pinch of salt on a baking sheet.
03 - Roast the vegetables for 25 to 30 minutes until the carrots are tender and caramelized. Allow to cool slightly.
04 - Combine roasted carrots, garlic, ginger, tahini, lemon juice, honey or maple syrup, cumin, salt, and black pepper in a food processor.
